PEMBROKESHIRE Hockey Club president Dave Miller visited Simon Safety in Neyland recently and met with managing director Simon Ashton to receive Simon's generous donation and continued sponsorship of the hockey club's first aid equipment.
This kit is required by the three senior teams and the four age group junior teams within the club.
Mr Miller said: “We are very grateful to Simon for the continuous support.
“The Pembrokeshire Hockey Club was formed in 2018 from an amalgamation of four clubs, Pembroke County Men, Haverfordwest Ladies, Pembroke Ladies, and Tenby Junior hockey clubs.
“The aim was to set up a centre of excellence for developing hockey within the county.
“The club acknowledges and respects the development that neighbouring clubs Milford Ladies and Fishguard & Goodwick hockey clubs have made in this period.”
Mr Ashton added: “Simon Safety are committed to continuing to support our community and grassroots sport, protecting people by providing the best life protective products.
“We are very proud to be a key partner of Pembrokeshire Hockey Club, a community-driven, volunteer-led club, providing accessibility to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, nurturing talent and providing a pathway to professional sports.”
