AFTER losing 5-3 away at Newport on 17th August, the Tenby Golf Club side enjoyed three consecutive wins.
They defeated Trefloyne 6-2 at home on 24th August.
Last weekend, Tenby had two league matches. On Saturday they beat Borth 7-1 at home and then claimed a great win at Machynys on Sunday by 5-3.
However, it would appear that near neighbours Trefloyne will be returning to Division 1 for next season.
As with the R A Cups a few weeks ago, a father and son combination came out on top in the Tipton Cup.

A tough format, foursomes medal competition, conditions were hard and the light failed badly towards the end of the round.
The winners were Steve and Grant Watkins with 96 - 21 = 75.
Runners up were Simon Gumbley and Martin Spurin with 95 – 19 = 76 and in third spot were Allan Morton and John Ball with 102 – 25 = 77.

Golfers from Tenby Golf Club made their annual pilgrimage to Tenby Bowling Club recently.
Another fun evening was enjoyed by all present. Thanks to a very nominal handicap, the bowlers ran out easy winners. Will this anomaly will be rectified next year?
