The Kilgetty Bike It 100 charity ride returns this month with participants invited to pedal for a worthy cause.
Cyclists of all levels are invited to participate in the annual ride, a non-competitive cycling sportive, which will take place on Sunday, July 28.
Organised for the past three years by the dedicated Norman Mason and his team of volunteers, this spectacular event continues to support local charities, having raised over £12,000 to date.
This year, 200 cyclists will take on one of three picturesque routes through the stunning landscapes of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
Riders can choose between 100 miles, 75 miles, or 50 miles, ensuring that there is a challenge suitable for everyone. The event not only promises breathtaking views and a rewarding ride but also the opportunity to support two wonderful causes - The Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service and Haverfordwest High School's South Africa Rugby Tour 2025.
Every finisher will be presented with a laser engraved Welsh Slate Medal to commemorate their achievement at the finish line at The Kingsmoor Sports & Social Club, Kilgetty (who have admirably supported the event over the last few years). They will supply a welcome outside barbecue and refreshments to purchase at the finish.
