A planning application to introduce new signage at the Clarence House Hotel in Tenby located along the seafront at The Esplanade have been backed by town councillors.

The plans (Reference: NP/25/0128/ADV) to replace and update existing signs on the front and side of the hotel building; along with updating miscellaneous signs such as - ‘Pets Welcome and Disabled Friendly’ were discussed by members of Tenby Town Council at their March meeting.

Councillors recommended approval for the plans, stating that the proposed signage is a ‘markedly improved upgrade’ which will have no detrimental impact on the hotel's position within the Conservation Area.

Their views will go to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority who will determine the plans at a later date.
