Members of Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council have recommended refusal for a planning application.

The application (reference 24/0433/PA) - for the removal/variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning consent 22/0141/PA (Rear two storey extension and upgrade access drive and parking) to allow for changes to approved plans at Victoria House, Stepaside, SA67 8JS

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Quigley proposed that the Community Council object to the application, stating that previous conditions set by Pembrokeshire County Council’s planning department were set for a purpose, and that there was no justification seen for removal of the conditions.

Cllr Adams seconded the proposal with all fellow councillors in agreement.
