Kingsmoor Playing Field in Kilgetty has received a funding boost.

In a report to Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council from the County Councillor for the ward, Cllr Alistair Cameron said that Kingsmoor Sports Association had been awarded £7,699 towards the cost of replacing the fence around the playing field through the Enhancing Pembrokeshire Scheme.

The money for this has come from the second homes premium Council Tax, with the Enhancing Pembrokeshire Scheme offsetting the negative impacts of second home ownership across communities.
