Kilgetty came out on top in their Division One clash with local rivals Tenby on Saturday, in a 4-3 thriller.
In this Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League clash at the Kingsmoor Ground, the hosts raced into a two goal lead thanks to strikes from Richard Cope and Richard Tebbutt.
Adam Muskett then pulled one back for the Seasiders, before Kilgetty substitute Steve Thomas put his side 3-1 up.
The visitors came fighting back before the break however, with Scott Ferney converting a penalty to see the score at 3-2 at half time.
Kilgetty captain Richard Cope grabbed his second of the match to put the home side 4-1 ahead on 66 minutes, and his team must have thought the points were in the bag when the sending off of Jacob Hipkiss saw Tenby go down to ten men.
However, with less than 10 minutes to go, Ferny finished another from the spot, to set up a nervy finish for Kilgetty.
Kilgetty fielded: Richard Webb, Danny Peters, Jake Proctor, Callum Proctor, Jordan Jones, Brett Evans, Richard Tebbutt, Richard Cope (Captain), Adam Johns, Lloyd Hughes, Henry Lawrence. Subs: Steve Thomas, Rhys Hewson, Sam Lewis.
Tenby: Dylan Noot, Ricki Morgan, Chris Millward, Ned Davies, Sam Butler, Richard Perry, Jacob Hipkiss, Scott Ferney, Adam Muskett, Harri Phillips, Fraser Finlay. Subs: Leo Sarrionandia, Jack Tucker, Connor Wilkins.
Elsewhere in the league, second placed Hakin United demolished arch-rivals Neyland at home, thanks to goals from Jay Power, Alfie Stotter, Justin Harding, Shane Walsh, Callum Stannett, and two from Ben Aldred.
Champions Goodwick United notched up another three points away from home, beating Milford United 1-3 at Marble Hall.
Monkton Swifts saw off Pennar Robins 6-3; whilst a hat-trick from Alex Thomas help Merlins Bridge to a 5-1 victory over Clarbeston Road.
