NARBERTH produced an excellent display to take the win at St Ishmaels in the first division of the Pembroke County Cricket League on Saturday.

Chasing a big score of 244, Narberth showed real character to build a match-winning response.

Man-of-the-match opener Ben Quartermaine top scored with 77, forming impressive partnerships with both Jamie McCormack (43) and Kyle Quartermaine (64).

There were also three wickets for younger brother Loui Davies whose return to the team has added an extra edge to the Narberth bowling attack.
