The eagerly-awaited project to develop Manorbier’s new community hub, Giraldus Hall, is underway, with the contractor, Tree and Sons, starting work on site.
In fact, it has been a very busy week for the project, with further donations also being received from Manorbier Community Council (£5,000) and Pembroke Power Station (£250), and huge thanks are extended to both.
An application to the Pembrokeshire Coast National?Park Authority (SDF) for solar panels, battery storage and electric vehicle chargers has also been successful to the tune of £37,568.
You can follow the project’s progress on Facebook, Manorbiercommunityhall, and if anyone is prepared to help in any way, please get in touch as a data base is being compiled of volunteers willing to help with a myriad of tasks to be completed in the next nine months.
