Following on from the success of their GCSE results, Pembrokeshire Harrier athletes, Tegan Foley and Esme Greer, ended their athletic field season equally well.

Over the August Bank Holiday weekend, both girls joined the West Wales squad to compete in the Welsh Inter-Regionals Athletics Championships in Brecon.

Tegan won bronze in the U17W 100m and 200m sprints, Esme won gold in the U17W 80m hurdles, and both girls collected gold medals for the 1x 400m relay.

Tegan and Esme are looking forward to starting Year 12 at Ysgol Greenhill and commencing their winter athletics training in October.
