Nick Neumann (Welsh Conservative) has been elected County Councillor for the ward of The Havens.
The declaration of The Havens Pembrokeshire County Council by-election was made by Returning Officer Will Bramble on Thursday, October 10.
The candidate with the most votes and elected County Councillor for the ward was Nick Neumann.
The Havens ward area includes Broad Haven, Talbenny, Roch and Newgale.
The by-election was held in The Havens following the sad death of County Councillor Peter Morgan in July.
