PENALLY Community Council have kept faith with the same chair for the third consecutive year.

At the May meeting, councillors were tasked with electing a chair for 2023/24.

Cllr Neal nominated Cllr Snow to Office of Chair, with Cllr Walsh seconding the nomination. No further nominations were received.

Cllr Snow accepted the Office as Chair, and made her Declaration of Office.

Cllr Rilestone then nominated Cllr Neal to Office of Vice Chair of the Community Council, with Cllr Snow seconding the nomination.

No further nominations were received, and Cllr Neal accepted the role.

Addressing her fellow councillors, Cllr Snow thanked them for nominating her as Chair for a third year, also thanking her colleagues for their hard work and support.
