Xenon Liberal Arts are back at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, this year with a farcical and hilarious Country House Murder Mystery play set in Upstate New York - in 1940 of course. The touring amateur theatre performs throughout Pembrokeshire and for three nights only will star in the Main House at the Torch on Thursday, June 29, Friday, June 30, and Saturday, July 1, at 7.30 pm.
The sparkling amateur cast will skilfully negotiate the highly improbable plot. As the snow falls ever thicker, would-be cast members of a Broadway musical gather in an isolated mansion. Their aim is to unmask the notorious Stage Door Slasher, slayer of innocent chorus girls. Will he - or she - strike again? Oh yes! And as the body count rises, so does the snow. If only there were help at hand... the storyline leads the audience through a maze of red herrings until the astonishing truth about The Stage Door Slasher is finally revealed.
Starring many well faces from the local acting world such as: Jim Roberts, Terri Harrison, Alex Jukes, Jim Roberts, Mavis Hills, Jenny Whyte, Gary Crane, Nick Wears, Steve Butler, Alison Butler and Sarah Hanley, audiences are in for a treat.
Tickets are: £11.50/£10 concession/£8 students.
