Tenby has been included in a list of the top walking towns and cities in Wales.
The list has been compiled by urban specialist Dr. Ben Reynolds who is based with consultancy Trilein Regeneration in Swansea.
Tenby is rated in the top five walker-friendly urban areas in Wales along with The Hayes in Cardiff, Mostyn Street in Llandudno, Y Maes in Caernarfon and Machynlleth.
Dr. Reynolds said of Tenby: "Not only do the streets, shops and other delights of the town centre provide ample reason to wander, but the coastal walk also offers surprises - not least the proximity of the North and South beaches pinching the port, headland and town centre."
Pembrokeshire County Council's cabinet member for tourism, Clr. Rob Lewis, said: "With pedestrianisation already in full swing this summer, Tenby is even more of a walker's paradise."
