Tenby in Bloom winners will gather this week to pick up their awards from the 2024 floral event.

The awards will be presented on Wednesday, September 25 at 11am in the Mayor’s Parlour at the De Valence Pavilion on Upper Frog Street, with winners asked to attend to pick up their accolades.

Entrants have been praised for pulling out all the stops once again!

Businesses, shops, restaurants, schools, hotels, households and schools once again joined in with the contest to show off their floral flare and displays, whilst at the same time making Tenby more colourful for the summer season.

In Bloom chair Sue Lane and fellow committee member Tish Rossiter were this year joined by judges David Lewis, Roger Davies and Ellie Griffin as they enjoyed sparkling seaside sunshine for their walkabout on Wednesday, July 17.

“We were absolutely thrilled at the number of entries this year,” said Sue.

“The standard and quality of the gardens and business displays is phenomenal and something which was shown in the very high scores awarded by this year’s judges.
