After Iwan Randall-Evans's last appearance in the Observer, the junior motorcyclist from Manorbier, who has just turned six years old, has had quite a busy time.
Over the racing season, Iwan has enjoyed plenty of success, most impressively winning the Welsh Championships Mini 50cc grasstrack at Bancyfelin.
A big thank you goes to Nick Elston, of Lydstep Caravan Park, who has come forward with sponsorship, so a very proud Iwan is now able to purchase some new kit.
Iwan continues to be busy on the race circuit and has managed to achieve a 1st in Llandysul, a 2nd in Bancyfelin, and a 2nd and 3rd racing in Meidrim, despite problems with his clutch and piston.
A friend of the family, Rob, came to the rescue for Iwan in one race at Bancyfelin, lending him a Senior Pro 50cc bike (one up from Iwan's Mini 50cc), and he did pretty well racing on a bike he wasn't used to.
Thanks also go to everyone who has helped and supported Iwan over the season, and keep an eye out for him this month on S4C who will be covering racing in Bancyfelin on their TV programme 'Ralio'.
