Begelly Kilgetty Community Association have made a donation to the RSPCA as a thanks - following a case where horses were left abandoned on a field in the village.

A report to local councillors at their recent meeting said that the Association made a donation to the RSPCA of £250 after the organisation removed the horses and took them to Manchester.

With the horses causing a lot of damage to the community gardens and the field, consultations on getting two new gates installed continue amongst Kilgetty and Community Council.
