Work on a council scheme to build 24 affordable homes for the elderly at the site of the former Motor World building in Milford Haven is due to start next summer.

WB Griffiths and Sons Ltd are due to start working on Pembrokeshire County Council’s Charles Street residential re-development in the Summer of 2025.
“This development will consist of 24 sheltered accommodation flats, with a planned completion in 2027,” said a spokesperson for Pembrokeshire Council Housing Services.
“We will be holding an open community event early next year to answer questions, gather feedback, show plans, and meet the team.”
