Tenby councillors have turned down plans for a new four-bedroom dwelling, due to the design issues and the impact it would have on neighbouring properties
Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this month for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority was the construction of new four-bedroom dwelling on vacant plot with principal access off private road, at Bryn Y Mor, Narberth Road, Tenby (Ref: NP/24/0194/FUL).
However, councillors receommended refusal for the application, stating: “The scale of the building, in the view of the Town Council, constitutes overdevelopment of the site which will adversely impact the amenity of neighbouring properties.
“Members also feel that the design is incompatible with its surroundings.”
