Councillors recommended approval for the application - stating, that while disappointed that the application is made retrospectively, members do not feel the proposal adversely impacts the amenity of neighbouring properties.
NP/25/0205/FUL: Construction of a single storey rear extension, at Meadway, Greenhill Road.
Councillors recommended approval for the application - stating that the proposals do not appear to impact the amenity of neighbouring properties.
Members’ views will be passed onto PCNPA, whose development management committee will determine the applications at a later date.
