The following planning applications were recently dicussed by members of Tenby Town Council, for recommendation to the National Park.

NP/25/0095/FUL: change of use to a furbished holiday let, at 38 Oakridge Acres.

Councillors recommended approval - however, members ask if consideration be given to the introduction of a condition which requests the property owner [as they are running a holiday let business] to enter into a trade waste agreement with an appropriate licensed waste carrier.

NP/24/0422/S73: amended plans, featuring - variation of condition 2 and removal of conditions 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of NP/23/0632/FUL - alterations and extension to detached single storey dwelling and removal of chimney, at Longshaw, North Cliffe.

Members offered no objection to this.
