Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting last week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
NP/23/0034/FUL: Renovation of house, new dormer, forming new opening to rear garden, conversion of storage areas into ancillary accommodation, at Bell Vue, 9 Crackwell Street, Tenby - (Approval was recommended, considered against all the relevant policies in the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of neighbouring properties).
NP/23/0041/TPO: Dead wood pruning particularly on the crown of a large beech as it looks to be salt/wind damaged due to its location. The beech is also leaning so a light thin and weight reduction of some of the larger limbs would be beneficial.
There is a large limb growing towards the house, this ideally would need reducing to a suitable growth point and some weight taken off it (TPO057 T3) at 20 Oakridge Acres, Tenby - (Approval, members support this application on the grounds of health and safety.
NP/23/0042/TPO: Cutting tree to bark and replacing with a more suitable tree (TPO57 T18) at Shenlow, Heywood Lane, Tenby - (Approval, members support this application on the grounds of health and safety).
