Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this month, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

NP/24/0074/FUL: Proposed dormer extension with flat roof to existing loft room (replacing existing dormer window), at 25 Victoria Street, Tenby (Councillors recommended approval - with members feeling the proposal will have little affect on the amenity of neighbouring properties and minimal visual impact).

Members of PCNPA’s development management committee will determine the application at a later date.
