Members of Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council have objected to plans for a ‘granny flat’ being built in their ward.

An application (Reference 23/0930/PA) for the demolition of an existing outbuilding and re-build as ancillary granny flat accommodation/home office at Victoria House, Stepaside SA67 8JS, was recommeneded for rejection by members at their recent meeting.

Councillors raised concerns on the variances in applications, and concerns over the purpose stated, with the property being outside the Local Development Plan.
