Local activity operators and tourism organisations will soon have an opportunity to learn more about the Pembrokeshire coastline and its seabirds, to enjoy and share with your customers.
The Pembrokeshire Marine Code Environmental Training event takes place on Monday, May 20, 6.30-9pm at Martin’s Haven, SA62 3BJ.
Discover and learn more about the spectacular seabirds found along Pembrokeshire’s coast; learn about and discuss the challenges our seabirds face; explore best practice and codes of conduct to help minimise disturbance
Highlighting the Wales Coast Explorer App as a tool to identify, learn about and report wildlife sightings, the event will feature experienced speakers, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park ranger Chris Taylor and Lisa Morgan (Wildlife Trust South West Wales), both esteemed sea bird experts.

The evening will incorporate a boat trip around the wildlife spectacle of Skomer Island, providing the opportunity to learn more about cliff nesting seabirds, their characteristics and they are protected.
