A message from Clr. Joshua Beynon, Mayor of Pembroke Dock
I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and best wishes for a hopeful 2022.
As we start 2022 with a new variant of Coronavirus, it’s important that we continue to keep wearing masks, washing hands and social distancing to protect ourselves and the communities we live and work in.
As well as the pandemic, we are reminded of the people in Pembrokeshire who struggle to pay their rent/mortgage, put food on the table and make ends meet. I would urge everyone in 2022 to be kinder, reach out to others and help those who need it more.
Despite the negativity of how all of this feels, I hope 2022 brings back many of the events and traditions we have lost over the past two years to the virus in Pembrokeshire. We have a fabulous county with wonderful businesses, events and communities who are the very life blood of the things we all love about working and living in Pembrokeshire.
I look forward to seeing the very best of what Pembrokeshire and Pembroke Dock has to offer in 2022 and I wish you the best.
