New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Carmarthenshire’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Daisy's Little Coffee Shop, at Factory Road, Pembrey, Carmarthenshire was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 26.

And Yasmin's, at College Row, Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire was given a score of three on July 26.

It means that of Carmarthenshire's 339 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 282 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
