A MILFORD Haven-based woman with no fixed address will have to make court payments out of benefits after being found in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Laura Cook appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on August 5 for possessing an offensive weapon (a hammer) without reasonable excuse at Picton Place, Haverfordwest on August 4.
The 30-year-old requested that deductions be made in instalments from benefit to cover costs to Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and surcharge of £114.
