The operator of a food business in Tenby appears in court for a second time on Wednesday (August 21) after denying a charge of displaying an invalid food hygiene rating sticker.
Mr Sanu Miah, of Buddha Buddha, Tudor Square, Tenby appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on August 8, pleaded not guilty to displaying a food hygiene rating sticker with an incorrect rating.
The Indian restaurant operator was remanded on unconditional bail until August 21, pending a case management hearing.
