Tenby Library will be closed for the Bank Holiday on May 1, Coronation Bank Holiday on May 8 and the Late Spring Bank Holiday on May 29.
As the Bank Holidays are all on Monday they affect Baby Rhyme Time, but on the Mondays the library is open it is at 10.30-11am during term-time; there is no need to book, just turn up and enjoy some songs and stories.
Lego Club is not affected by the Bank Holidays, as it is on every Friday 3-4.30pm, term-time and holidays, in the Hall. There’s no formal structure to these sessions; people just come by when they can, to see if they can make something and leave when they’re ready. The creations are on display in the library for two weeks.
For Half-Term there is a Family Crafts drop-in session on Tuesday, May 30, 2.30-4pm. There’s no need to book, just come by and try something out.
Book Bingo is still running until the end of May; it’s not too late to start. Just complete one line, whether horizontal, vertical or diagonal, on the card to enter a draw to win a book token. Bingo cards are available in libraries, and completed cards can be returned there.
