An application to demolish the existing redundant store and flat at The Flats, Amroth Stores, Amroth, and construct four numbered individual one bedroom self-contained flats came before planners this week.

At Wednesday's development management committee meeting of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, members agreed that the application be delegated to the development management officer to issue permission subject to no adverse comments being received from the Environment Agency and conditions relating to time, built in accordance with the plans, holiday restriction use and landscaping.
