A driver involved in a road traffic collision in Pembrokeshire yesterday morning (Februray 20) has been arrested for a string of driving offences - including suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs, as well as being in possession of an offensive weapon.
Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating the two-vehicle road traffic collision that took place on the A477 at Sentry Cross roundabout just after 8.30 am on Thursday, February 20.
A police spokesperson said: “The collision involved a dark blue Volkswagen Golf and a silver Renault van and resulted in both drivers being taken to hospital for treatment. Both drivers have since been discharged.
“The driver of the Golf has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving, driving with no insurance, driving while disqualified, driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs and possession of an offensive weapon.”
