Celebrating his 100th birthday on Tuesday was Frank Blandford, of Kilgetty.
Born on October 11, 1911, in Ringwood, Hampshire, Frank, a retired farmer, puts his longevity down to 'hardwork' and 'being out in the fresh air'.
He celebrated his centenary with a birthday lunch of his favourite food - fish and chips, followed by donuts with daughter Kathy and sons Michael and John!
He was delighted to receive many cards and calls from friends and family, including a telegram from HM The Queen.
Longevity certainly runs in the Blandford family, as his late sister lived until she was 104 and brother until 99, while he has a sister, Lyn, in Dorset, who is 102!
Frank is seen right with some of his special birthday cards and a commemorative cake. He is nursing his 'best friend' Mai.
