ON Wednesday, Tenby Friendship Club members met at a local garden centre for an afternoon in the sun. 

They wandered around the Manorbier Garden Centre, picking out plants and flowers to take home, and having lunch/afternoon tea outside the café. Members were waited on beautifully by the staff, and they were complimented on the prawn sandwiches and caramel milkshakes! The Centre’s two dogs and the cat made a fuss of the members. A lost scarf was found! A great afternoon enjoyed by all.

Today it is half term, with no meeting at Augustus Place Hall. Next Wednesday the Club members met at St Mary’s Church, Tenby 2pm for a guided historical tour of the church.
