Well done to Tenby Aces on performances at the Swansea Half Ironman last Sunday - especially the Aces Ladies Relay Team of Ceire Merrison (swim) Jo Brace (bike) and Anto O’Hara (run) that took a podium 2nd place!

The swim (1.2 miles) was held in Swansea Docks, Bike (56 miles) along in the Gower Peninsula finishing with the Run (13.2 miles Half Marathon) along the sweeping waterfront of Swansea Bay, with - Andrea Craig, Emma Richards, Bev Barrett, Gareth Rees, Simon Stanford, Jason Hitchin, Joe Sage, and Ian Warne taking on the challenge.
