Narberth Classic Motorcycle Club will be holding a two-day classic scramble this weekend, June 15 and 16. Riders from all over Britain will be racing in various classes with bikes from the 1950s to the present day including sidecars, over a threequarter-mile undulating course.

This year will see for the first time the classic British 125cc championship as Sunday’s racing will be the fourth round of the Welsh classic championship for all classes. Practice starts at 9 am.

Last year’s event raised over £3,000 for charities, including Wales Air Ambulance, St John Ambulance, British Heart Foundation, Blood Bikes and Valero charity.

Narberth MCC are in need of volunteer marshals for this event. They will be given free entry, be fed and watered and will have superb trackside viewing of the exciting offroad racing. Please ring Tim on 07771515530 if you can help on either or both days.

Narberth club also runs several other events, including endures and trials all over Pembrokeshir. The club meets on the first Tuesday evening of every month in Narberth Buffs Club and new members are always welcome, including non-riders.
