The second annual James Criddle Cup took place on Bank Holiday Sunday at Tenby Bowling Club.

70 players - seasoned bowlers and beginners alike - gathered for a spot of bowls and plenty of camaraderie as they remembered James and also celebrated the achievements of the Foundation that has been established in his name to continue his legacy of kindness by helping others through its Food Bank, which is there to help others in need.

But hotly contested games on the green were only part of the day - as proceeds from a raffle and also the kitchen enabled £335 to be raised on the day for the Foundation.

The local trio of Ysie White, Ceris Hewlings and Rhys Day defeated Dai John, Podge Morgan and Darren Latham in the Final at Sutton Street on Sunday.

Congratulations also went to Plate winners Chris Court and Kieran and Dion Peregrine (pictured with Joe Criddle).
