Work to spruce-up Saundersfoot’s Sensory Gardens seating is underway.

“Many of you will have noticed that the benches in the Sensory Gardens have reached the end of their usable life, so they will be getting a makeover,” said a spokesperson for Saundersfoot Community Council.

“The ironwork ends will undergo sandblasting and will be repainted, while all the slats will be replaced. This work has to be done off-site.

“We are planning the work in stages so that there will always be somewhere for you to sit. We thank you for your patience during the time that some of the benches are unavailable but, rest assured, they will return soon - looking fresh and new, ready to serve for many more years,” they added.
