A flurry of fundraising Father Christmas’s took to the streets and seafront walkways of Tenby on Sunday to raise money for worthy causes.

The special Santa Run festive fundraiser hosted by Tenby Round Table returned to the town with a unique 3k fun run for adults, children...and even dogs!

The popular ‘race’ started on Tenby High Street outside St Mary’s Church, with entry including a medal for finishers and of course their very own Santa suit!

Money raised from tickets purchased to take part, will go to help local charities and worthy causes within the community.

“Great event - thanks for everyone who supported this charity event!” posted the organisers on Facebook.

“Plenty of soggy Santas around our town, with rain falling - didn't seem to bother any of the Santas though as they made their way down High Street, through the harbour and along north Walk,” said local photographer Gareth Davies.

“This wonderful annual Tenby Santa Run is so well organised by Tenby Round Table and plenty of money will be raised for good causes and charities.”
