An update has been given on new digital speed awareness signs for Saundersfoot.

County councillor for the south ward Chris Williams said his fellow county councillor Alec Cormack, who represents the seaside village’s north ward, had looked into the prices and the best systems available.

“At a recent meeting with Alec and members of Saundersfoot Community Council we discussed the best options available to cover the roads in and out of the village,” said Cllr Williams.

“This will come to the Community Council’s full committee to be approved and hopefully we will be able to inform residents shortly.

“I sincerely hope that the whole of Saundersfoot is incorporated in any plans to install speed awareness cameras.” he added.
