Four TROTs competed in the 16.5 mile multi-terrain race at Lampeter. Dean John was 13th, Kevin Griffiths 17th, Mike Evans 32nd and Peter Harding 83rd.

Pauline Thomas ran in the 10km race at Llandeilo, while Ann Rowell competed in the 10km race at Bristol.

At the Jan Younger Memorial 10km race at Neyland, six TROTs competed. Roger Coombs was eighth and was second man over 40 to finish; Martin Davies was 15th, Mark Terry 17th and Kirst Murray 25th. Both Mark and Kirsty were second in their age category. Lindy Eynon was 30th and first lady over 45 to finish. James Shuttleworth was 64th.

Three TROTs have recently competed in endurance events. Brian Williams was second in his age category at the coastal trail run in Exmoor. Mike Hodges and Clare Clethero successfully competed in the Keswick to Barrow 40-mile trek.

Three TROTs travelled to Scotland to run the Edinburgh marathon. Over 13,000 runners took part. Peter Walters came 674th, Mary Bowen Rees 676th and sixth in her age category and Martin Davies 1,276th.
