Mayor of Tenby, Cllr Dai Morgan has scored a hat-trick after being elected to don the scarlet robes of office once again for the seaside town.

At this month’s meeting of Tenby Town Council, Cllr Morgan was unanimously voted back in, and re-elected to the role for a third term.

Cllr Morgan was proposed to serve a third successive term by Cllr Laurence Blackhall and seconded by Cllr Tom Sloan.

Cllr Morgan said: “I’m incredibly proud and humbled to be re-elected as mayor of Tenby.

“It's a privilege to serve this town and its wonderful people. I feel very lucky to continue this journey. I'm dedicated to working hard for our community and its future.

“Here's to another term of progress and positive change.”
