Tenby Town Council are looking for a new member to fill the role of councillor for the seaside town’s North Ward.

A casual vacancy exists for the office of Councillor for the North Ward, after Cllr Duncan Whitehurst who was elected onto the Town Council at the May 2022 elections announced that he would be standing down back in December, due to ill health.

With no election called for, the Town Council are in a position to co-opt any candidate who applies for the role.

Persons wishing to be considered for co-option onto the Town Council should apply in writing to the Town Clerk Andrew Davies by Friday, January 31.
