There will be a charity fundraising day at Tenby’s Belgrave Hotel this month in aid of Paul Sartori and Cancer Research UK
The event which takes place on Saturday, June 22, from 11 am ’til late is in memory of Malcolm Thomas (affectionately known at Mr. T) who took over the hotel in 1971 and sadly passed away earlier this year from cancer.
The hotel will be donating 50 per cent of all food and beverage sales from the day, with a raflle also being held and drawn by a representative from Paul Sartori at 3 pm.
Raffle prizes are as follows: four complimentary entry tickets to Oakwood; free entry for two adults and two children to Carew Castle and Tidal Mill; One free go at adventure golf for a family of four at Heatherton; along with with more prizes donated by Celtic Food Services, Manor House Wildlife Park and more.
“We are looking for groups to showcase and help us raise money and make the day fun - choirs, dance groups, bands, craft groups, photography groups etc,” said the hotel’s manager Paul McGrath.
“We are also hoping to make this a regular event and would love the local community to come together and support us,” he added.
