After the success of last year, the Tenby Community Festival this autumn is already looking like a great week of events and fun!
Events confirmed include a Tenby Male Choir Concert, a play about Nina Hamnet, a ukulele concert, a film, a psychic fair, and an evening of short plays. People wishing to hold an event during the week are asked to contact Anne on [email protected] or 01834 842730, so it can go in the programme.
On Saturday, September 28, the free community fun day will be held in Battery Gardens. There will be free activities and competitions to take part in, stalls with advice and information, and more. If you know of someone who might like to have an information stall or run a free activity (or both) just get in touch. As long as it is free, ethical and legal, it should be fine!
On Sunday, September 29, Tenby Civic Society is holding a heritage day in conjunction with Cadw Open Doors; an opportunity to have a look inside buildings normally closed to the public.
This year, the community festival will be from Tuesday, September 24 to Tuesday, October 1, so make a note in your diary.
