Following the branches success in Area Competitions, four riders from South Pembrokeshire Hunt Pony Club and their supporters recently travelled to Cheshire to represent Area 18 at the National Novice Dressage Championships. The event is one of the major competitions of the year and this is the second year running that South Pembrokeshire have qualified for the event.

The South Pembrokeshire team was made up of Tiffany Roach, Emily Pellington, Alice Simon, and Harriet Morgan. Unfortunately, Cethin Ravenhill who had helped the team qualify by coming joint first in the Area Competition was unable to travel to Cheshire due to family commitments.

Alice and her pony Bertie performed brilliantly to come fifth in her arena. Well done Alice on a superb result!

Overall the team came 17th which was an excellent result and a great reward for all their hard-work and dedication. The team would like to thank all their instructors as well as their supporters and parents who travelled with them to Cheshire.
