Saundersfoot residents are being encouraged to attend a health and wellbeing ‘roadshow’ being held in the Regency Hall this month.
The ‘Keeping Well in Pembrokeshire’ event to be held between 10am and 3pm on Thursday, May 16 is a collaboration between Pembrokeshire County Council Social Services, Hywel Dda University Health Board and Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) to showcase services that people in Pembrokeshire can access to improve health and wellbeing.
Anyone can just drop in at any time during the event to look at what is available in Pembrokeshire. Local services and organisations in Saundersfoot will be part of the showcase.
Free tea and coffee will also be available for attendees.
Cllr Ray Wise of Saundersfoot Community Council said: “The event is a real opportunity for all of our community to understand the amount of services and organisations that they can access for help with any health and wellbeing concerns.
“Communication is key, and the event will also give residents the chance to meet and chat with local Councillors and their local police officer and perhaps feedback on the benefit of this event and suggest future community events for the coming year,” he added.
