Three of the SaundersFEST event organising committee members popped down to Tenby Lifeboat Station this week to deliver a cheque for £500 from funds raised from the recent event.

“It was amazing to be allowed on the lifeboat for the photo and of course we had to grab the opportunity to take a selfie or two!” said one of the organisers

“Thanks to Coxswain, Phil John and Engineer, Will Horton for making us so welcome.”

The recent success of the first ever SaundersFEST event can be measured by the huge amount of positive feedback received from guests, vendors and performers along with the fact that it raised over £25,000 for charities and good causes.

The volunteer committee played a significant role in developing the musical festival which took place over the weekend July 7 to 9 this year.
