Pembrokeshire County Council has provided an update on the Brynhir development in Tenby.
“A number of ground works and investigations are needed on the site over the coming months, ahead of Morgan Construction starting the build in autumn,” said a spokesperson for the customer liaison team.
“Over the next week there will be some of this investigative work taking place. Whilst this work is taking place, the public rights of way will remain unaffected, and all work areas will be appropriately segregated and fenced off as operations progress.
“This work includes investigation works focused around assessing the Coal Mining Risks and collecting gas data.”
Residents in the surrounding area will be informed of this by letter, it was stated.
