Tenby Town Council has passed a TPO - recommending approval for the application.

NP/24/0424/TPOWorks are required to TPO 68 (T2 Sycamore) to reduce overall crown volume through crown reduction, reshaping and lifting to create/maintain a feature tree which reduces excessing shading to adjoining property and mitigates future risk of fall hazard, at St Mary's House, 9 Lamack Vale.

Councillors said that the proposals appear to be a suitable solution in mitigating any potential future health and safety risks associated with this tree.
